GBAWFUL EXPERIENCE AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I was never told before buying the trackers that they can’t be hidden, that they have to be on the outside and the installation instructions were extremely difficult to follow. I wish I could give 0 stars.

GBAVOID THIS COMPANY AVOID THIS COMPANY - Notice to Fleet managers in the USA! You will regret it after the initial install if your account requires ANY SERVICE. Expect comical hand offs between SILOs of business units across the globe in call centers that actually can't even see each other systems. Be sure to write down your support cases when bouncing around the globe. Funny how a company that offers a tracking value proposition for important field assets but yet internally that can't even track their customers.

AUAmanda is the best!!! Amanda Collins is my go to girl at Verizon, nothing is ever a hassle for her, she jumps on to every request/issue I have straight away and I usually have a resoloution within 48 hours if not right then and there. Amanda regularly works magic for me always making sure I am getting the best possible deals when renewing contracts or ordering new products. Great customer service, great banter. Amanda is the best.

GBThey are horrible to deal with they lie… They are horrible to deal with they lie about the product and tell you to return the product and you do then they call you and say you owe for the service and you tell them it was returned in the package that they sent to return it in and then they said they would cancel the service. But then they turn around and send you to collections they are horrible
