GBWorst customer service Worst customer service. No US based employees other than sales. Overcharging me for months on non-existent vehicles. Cannot reach support. Get the run around. Tried to get a replacement device and it's been over a month. Again - still getting billed. Find another company

GBThey are horrible to deal with they lie… They are horrible to deal with they lie about the product and tell you to return the product and you do then they call you and say you owe for the service and you tell them it was returned in the package that they sent to return it in and then they said they would cancel the service. But then they turn around and send you to collections they are horrible

AUVerizon system is easy to use and has… Verizon system is easy to use and has amazing features! We only moved over to Verizon 4 months ago and all I can say is , I wish we did sooner! The system has helped with making reports and timesheets a breeze and made tracking our vehicles through out the day so much easier. Being a busy plumbing company we rely heavily on being able to track our vehicles to ensure our team are where they need to be and it also allows us to let our customers know when to expect our team on site. The Verizon tracking has really helped us stay on top of this and to provide accurate ETA to our customers, with minimal fuss. The Verizon team are also very friendly and efficient. A massive thank you to Josh Meyers for showing us how to use the system and providing amazing training to our team. We highly recommend Verizon.
