Nice one Kendal!!! We run a fleet of vans and have always considered getting trackers but it always seemed to much upheaval. I decided the time had come to do it, braced myself for all the hassle and contacted four companies to choose from. Right from the start Kendal from Verizon stood out from the others. She explained everything quickly and clearly with no nonsense. She was very knowledgeable about how it all worked and was able to answer all my questions. The Verizon system seemed very good but was a bit more expensive than some others who I spoke to but I just felt able to trust Kendal and the product. Now we have it installed in 5 vans I'm delighted with it. Straight forward and easy to use, all good in fact. I'll be calling to get the rest of the fleet wired up soon. AVOID THIS COMPANY AVOID THIS COMPANY - Notice to Fleet managers in the USA! You will regret it after the initial install if your account requires ANY SERVICE. Expect comical hand offs between SILOs of business units across the globe in call centers that actually can't even see each other systems. Be sure to write down your support cases when bouncing around the globe. Funny how a company that offers a tracking value proposition for important field assets but yet internally that can't even track their customers.

Verizon system is easy to use and has… Verizon system is easy to use and has amazing features! We only moved over to Verizon 4 months ago and all I can say is , I wish we did sooner! The system has helped with making reports and timesheets a breeze and made tracking our vehicles through out the day so much easier. Being a busy plumbing company we rely heavily on being able to track our vehicles to ensure our team are where they need to be and it also allows us to let our customers know when to expect our team on site. The Verizon tracking has really helped us stay on top of this and to provide accurate ETA to our customers, with minimal fuss. The Verizon team are also very friendly and efficient. A massive thank you to Josh Meyers for showing us how to use the system and providing amazing training to our team. We highly recommend Verizon.

They are horrible to deal with they lie… They are horrible to deal with they lie about the product and tell you to return the product and you do then they call you and say you owe for the service and you tell them it was returned in the package that they sent to return it in and then they said they would cancel the service. But then they turn around and send you to collections they are horrible

Second to none services Absolute brilliant services from start to finish. The online app is amazing so much detail, making our business that little more efficient!! Massive credit to Kendal Piller Dixon she made the process so easy and straight forward! Very easy to speak to, very professional. Still checking in after a month of using the product to ensure everything is ok.
