Worst customer service Worst customer service. No US based employees other than sales. Overcharging me for months on non-existent vehicles. Cannot reach support. Get the run around. Tried to get a replacement device and it's been over a month. Again - still getting billed. Find another company

Verizon's products are excellent Verizon's products are excellent. We have them fitted to 13 vehicles for GPS and Cameras which makes running a transport company so much easier. Amanda is the best!!! Amanda Collins is my go to girl at Verizon, nothing is ever a hassle for her, she jumps on to every request/issue I have straight away and I usually have a resoloution within 48 hours if not right then and there. Amanda regularly works magic for me always making sure I am getting the best possible deals when renewing contracts or ordering new products. Great customer service, great banter. Amanda is the best.
