The only way to get to someone that *might* be able to answer your question is to wade through "Tier 1" support who know absolutely nothing and just read out of a manual that you can reference yourself. We made a huge mistake going with Verizon Connect.... trapped in a contract.

GBAWFUL EXPERIENCE AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I was never told before buying the trackers that they can’t be hidden, that they have to be on the outside and the installation instructions were extremely difficult to follow. I wish I could give 0 stars.
