Project managers/customer success is a mess. Dashboards for tracking project progress and billing are broken. Can't see projects or time logged by developers. Unable to remove my card on file so it keeps getting charged.

But, despite the remoteness, there was complete cooperation and interaction. The dialog improved substantially from then on.
