As for the application itself, everything works well with an up-to-date design. OK, so they slightly missed the deadline, but it wasn't a great problem for me.

Project managers/customer success is a mess. Dashboards for tracking project progress and billing are broken. Can't see projects or time logged by developers. Unable to remove my card on file so it keeps getting charged.

They removed the subscription cancel option from the control panel to try and make it very difficult for you to cancel your subscription. Shady billing practices in my opinion.
