But, despite the remoteness, there was complete cooperation and interaction. Our manager misunderstood us at first, but we discussed all the nuances on the phone in order to make a minimum of adjustments in the future. Charged my card multiple times without… Charged my card multiple times without my consent, for non-existent projects, even after multiple requests to close and delete my account. Project managers/customer success is a mess. Dashboards for tracking project progress and billing are broken. Can't see projects or time logged by developers. Unable to remove my card on file so it keeps getting charged.
