Never again! I clearly had cancelled my subscription a month ago because I couldn’t afford it come to terms I get a message this day saying my order had shipped when I CLEARLY cancelled the account about a month ago so how is that possible? But their trying to switch it to me saying I’m the one who renewed the account? If I cancelled it I cancelled it for a reason because I couldn’t afford it but the fact that now I can’t get my money back it’s really pathetic at this point.

I love LIVEGLAM! I have been a member for almost 2 years, & I LOVE the live glam subscriptions!! I love how easy it is to make any changes to my subscription if I want to cancel, skip, or changes out my lippies completely for that month. I recently had a trasaction with… I recently had a trasaction with liveglam.com, and my overall experience was mediocore. The interface was OK and the basic navigation and checkout process were average. I didn't run into any major isses but it wasn't espesilly memorable. Nor was it something I would seek out agian. My orders were completed satisfacorily but with nothing that made it super special. Despite it being a below avergae experince, nothing was problematic per se. Just avarage.
