GBLiveglam's trustworthiness and dependability Liveglam is definitely a place you should be ordering makeup from! I had an issue with the post office losing my package and they basically told me that they weren't going to do anything about it after paying $115 for makeup that I never received. I personally contacted Liveglam and spoke to them and told them about the situation and that they took care of me instantly. I got my merchandise re-shipped back out to me within 2 days and my merch got to me within 2-3 business days! If that's not top notch customer service, then I don't know what is especially since they expedited the shipping and all. Not to mention the lippies are to die for. These colors are amazing and worth having and definitely long lasting! I may keep my second job just to afford the subscription ok lol :)!!!! Thankkk you LiveGlam

GBLove it! I’ve subscribed to them monthly and so far I’m liking the products I have received.. customer service is also fast and reliable. The products are affordable. They have a lot of brown lippies which I love. I love the Alondra and Elsy collaboration I hope they keep those colors! It’s a combination that I was always trying aim for but never got the right look till I got the collection! I’m thinking of buy the whole set again just incase they discontinue it.

GBI love LIVEGLAM! I have been a member for almost 2 years, & I LOVE the live glam subscriptions!! I love how easy it is to make any changes to my subscription if I want to cancel, skip, or changes out my lippies completely for that month. The customer service is on top of their emails if you happen to have any questions or concerns!

GBNever again! I clearly had cancelled my subscription a month ago because I couldn’t afford it come to terms I get a message this day saying my order had shipped when I CLEARLY cancelled the account about a month ago so how is that possible? But their trying to switch it to me saying I’m the one who renewed the account? If I cancelled it I cancelled it for a reason because I couldn’t afford it but the fact that now I can’t get my money back it’s really pathetic at this point.
