In terms of customer service, I have mixed feelings about how it's handled in given situations, although it may just depend on the person who is handling your case. Overall, the outcome is usually satisfactory and I will continue to shop here for my nail products.

I’m not sure why it took a while to arrive but if that’s the normal I’m willing to wait anyway. When I contacted customer service about the delay they responded so fast and were super nice! I ordered gel, metallic gel, platinum powder and drilling tools. For the price I am shocked how great quality it is! Thank you!

I never received the product even… I never received the product even though the Shop app showed it as delivered. I have sent two emails to the shop app and two to the seller and have gotten no replies! Unless this matter is resolved I will not be purchasing directly from this site anymore.

I have not been disappointed with any of the colors I chose. The pink is perfect for me. Whether you choose two or three coats. These are an absolute must in my collection or anyones collection.
