Absolutely beautiful Absolutely beautiful. In the set of jelly nudes I purchased, there is a red. You must put on three coats to understand why I love it so much. I have not been disappointed with any of the colors I chose. The pink is perfect for me. Whether you choose two or three coats. These are an absolute must in my collection or anyones collection. Great products Products in general are of pretty good quality, but the site layout could be updated to give customers a more clear idea of what is in stock or not, because out of stock products can sometimes show as listed until you try to add it to the cart. In terms of customer service, I have mixed feelings about how it's handled in given situations, although it may just depend on the person who is handling your case. Overall, the outcome is usually satisfactory and I will continue to shop here for my nail products.

This is my first time using Born Pretty… This is my first time using Born Pretty products and so far I am very pleased with everything😊 The shipping did take a while but Customer Service was wonderful with helping me. They responded the same day I sent them a email and they helped me track my package. I received my package about 3 days after contacting them. I will be buying and trying more of their products❤

Awful customer service, run Unprofessional, the worst customer service possible. If you have a question or a problem with your order they will just ignore you, regardless of the plateform you contact them on. They will even have the nerve to leave you on read on WhatsApp. It says a lot about their general values and their brand.
