I have been a fan of Fran Wilson mood… I have been a fan of Fran Wilson mood lipstick for decades (I am 75 years old). I only wear the green and orange colors. Finding products in stores is nearly impossible, so I buy several units online at one time these days. I was totally disappointed in the purchase before last when every one of the green lipsticks broke off at the base immediately with the first or second use and were then useless. What a waste of money! I am sure you had some glitch in your manufacturing process. I really didn't know what to do except re-order, except this time I picked the long-handled lipstick that looks like a crayon. I am still evaluating how they work and feel. This is the best lipstick by far This is the best lipstick by far! I have used Fran Wilson's mood matcher lipstick for many years. I am now 87 and I love my make up and lipstick..My lips are never dry and I have receive many compliments and questions about my lipstick.It really does stay on! You do not have to be fussing around after you eat to re-apply your lipstick.. try it, I am sure you will like it as much as I do. I would never consider using any other brand! Sincerely, Carol
