I have been a fan of Fran Wilson mood… I have been a fan of Fran Wilson mood lipstick for decades (I am 75 years old). I only wear the green and orange colors. Finding products in stores is nearly impossible, so I buy several units online at one time these days. I was totally disappointed in the purchase before last when every one of the green lipsticks broke off at the base immediately with the first or second use and were then useless. What a waste of money! I am sure you had some glitch in your manufacturing process. I really didn't know what to do except re-order, except this time I picked the long-handled lipstick that looks like a crayon. I am still evaluating how they work and feel. It's the only thing I would take to a deserted island! I've been using Fran Wilson's Moodmatcher lipsticks for years and years -- maybe 20! After Coty 24 was no longer available, Fran Wilson's is the only true stay-on lip stain that is comfortable, non-caking, and comes in beautiful colors. Once my stash gets down to 5, I have to re-order. This is a lipstick I can never let run out. And it is the only thing I would take to a deserted island! Love it!
