Extremely expensive Friendly interface, very versatile but EXTREMELY expensive. For Family pack (5 users) you have to pay over 90€ per year, which is a joke.

Just 6 days notice after 8 years - avoid Been with keeper for over 8 years using the freeware variant for personal use. Just been given 6 days notice to pay annual subscription or lose my accounts. Having been part of their growth and success am appalled by this lack of notice - worse than Twitter. They don’t deserve your business as the customer doesn’t matter - it’s not difficult to have a freemium version - I’ve never had any support in the past and recognised that was because it was freeware. Avoid.

User feedback is ignored by Keeper For several years I have suggested repeatedly that Keeper allow users to log in using authenticator app or 2FA instead of having to type out secure password. Each time I get the same "We appreciate your feedback and will pass it on to our tech team," and nothing changes. Clearly this type of feedback is thrown in the waste bin and ignored. At this point Keeper feels primitive in its continuous use of password for those of us who don't want to put biometrics online. Suggests a sense of complacency at Keeper. If I were starting over I wouldn't use Keeper.

This is way too difficult to use This is way too difficult to use. Using accounts "protected" by Keeper causes wrong password errors which, in many/most cases count towards disabling your account. For Keeper to work properly it needs to always seamlessly be running in the background. It doesn't.
