User feedback is ignored by Keeper For several years I have suggested repeatedly that Keeper allow users to log in using authenticator app or 2FA instead of having to type out secure password. Each time I get the same "We appreciate your feedback and will pass it on to our tech team," and nothing changes. Clearly this type of feedback is thrown in the waste bin and ignored. At this point Keeper feels primitive in its continuous use of password for those of us who don't want to put biometrics online. Suggests a sense of complacency at Keeper. If I were starting over I wouldn't use Keeper.

Very comfortable I use Keeper since several years, on my Mac and my jPhone. Each modification is immediately synchronized on both items. It's not free, but the price to pay is so few compared to the comfort I get to use this kind of application. And the security of all my passwords is perfect. I won't change for an other application. This one fits me very well.

Well worth investigating Requires upfront prep entering your IDs and psswords but once that is done, it is so much easier to access websites and utilize more secure passwords for certain sites since you don’t have to remember them. You only have to remember your master password. A number of websites open automatically for me now. My life has been made simpler!
