Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. I ordered a piece of software and received the wrong item. That was 4 weeks ago and it still has not been resolved. Not even a response. I would NOT recommend this company!!!!!! They have an "online chat" service that you send a message and you sit there like a monkey waiting for a response and the screen constantly says "wait time 1 minute" and you can wait 15 to 20 minutes before the site refreshes the chat and you start over. I am the fool for buying from this joke of a company. Great joke fellas, you got me.

None of the help features worked Download went without a hitch. Activation code was rejected twice, NONE of the help functions resolved the issue. Never got to talk to a human,
