GBI made my order 7 days ago I made my order 7 days ago. I emailed to ask what was taking so long and they replied with the same order tracking link that hasn't changed since I placed my order and told me to wait another 48 hours (2 business days). This is for 2 samples. I need to wait 7 business days before they process my order? I ordered these a week and a half before vacation hoping they would arrive before I left and they won't have even packaged them for shipping yet.

GBI found Scent Decant while looking for… I found Scent Decant while looking for a way to test new scents for my wife and I. After ordering the package processed quickly and arrived two days early. Upon arrival we noticed a few bottles had leaked and removed the labels. I contacted the company and they very quickly resolved the issue! I would absolutely recommend anyone to use Scent Decant!

GBWhen I received my second order from… When I received my second order from scent decant one of my vials was broken through no neglect on their part obviously but these things happen. I contacted the company and they were quick to make it right. I am a postal employee and I see this kind of thing often but not companies that are willing to do the right thing for their customers. Very satisfied with scent decant and will continue to purchase from them.

GBGreat! I love being able to try a variety of scents from day to day to get a better feel of which scents I prefer. It’s shocking how much perfumes change from a paper sampler to skin. Also, their customer service is great. I did not have any issues with my first shipment but there was a minor error with my second order that was corrected quickly and without hassle.

GBCheck them out!… I really like being able to check out these high end scents for a fraction of the cost. Customer service has been great as well. They're always quick to respond, and I had one issue so far that they fixed without hesitation. I highly recommend checking them out.
