OUT OF THIS WORLD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I placed an order for 4 1ml samples and 1 5ml size. I received my order which shipped next day and arrived on time through the USPS. I opened it and looked and had to check to make sure I didn't make a mistake, but the one that should have been a 5ml was a 1 ml. It was now about 10pm my time I sent an email to their customer service, and to my surprise within an hour that night I had a reply with next day shipping to send the correct size. Customer service is out of this world!!! For that they get all the stars. Very professional and apologetic for the mistake, which was not that big of a deal. The idea of buying rebottled scents is genius, especially if you're like me and want to try different scents out. Will definitely order again, and again, and again!

This skeptic is now a life long customer! After realizing how high end stores basically refuse to provide samples unless you buy a bottle, I decided to give Scent Decant a try and I am glad I did. Not only is customer service prompt, their prices are also unmatched. This is now my go-to when I want to try a new fragrance to prevent me from wasting money on a full bottle in case I do not like it. I highly recommend you give them a try!

10/10 The fragrances all arrived in perfect condition and on time. I accidentally got a fragrance in a 1ml bottle that I ordered a 5ml of so I reached out and they responded within a couple of hours. They resent the one that I was missing free of charge 10/10 customer service!

Price and customer service I love the price point and being able to try different brands. Ordering is easy and when I received the wrong order they sent me a replacement at no extra cost. Customer service was fast an easy through email.

Great concept Great concept, great company! They have all the high end, expensive fragrances and instead of buying a whole bottle and then deciding you don’t like it, at Scent Decant you can buy a small amount for a small amount of money and try it; buy and try several! I received my order the other day and one fragrance sample had been damaged. My email received an almost immediate response and a replacement is on its way at no cost to me. I intend to return to Scent Decant to try lots more fragrances!
