Price and customer service I love the price point and being able to try different brands. Ordering is easy and when I received the wrong order they sent me a replacement at no extra cost. Customer service was fast an easy through email.

I made my order 7 days ago I made my order 7 days ago. I emailed to ask what was taking so long and they replied with the same order tracking link that hasn't changed since I placed my order and told me to wait another 48 hours (2 business days). This is for 2 samples. I need to wait 7 business days before they process my order? I ordered these a week and a half before vacation hoping they would arrive before I left and they won't have even packaged them for shipping yet.

This skeptic is now a life long customer! After realizing how high end stores basically refuse to provide samples unless you buy a bottle, I decided to give Scent Decant a try and I am glad I did. Not only is customer service prompt, their prices are also unmatched. This is now my go-to when I want to try a new fragrance to prevent me from wasting money on a full bottle in case I do not like it. I highly recommend you give them a try!

Very fast support, and alot of options. i ordered 2 samples, and one of them came broken, however, i emailed support, and in the same day they were able to fix the issue they also have alot of options to pick from, which is very nice (i recommend the new york fifth avenue fragrance by fragrance du bois)
