GBI made my order 7 days ago I made my order 7 days ago. I emailed to ask what was taking so long and they replied with the same order tracking link that hasn't changed since I placed my order and told me to wait another 48 hours (2 business days). This is for 2 samples. I need to wait 7 business days before they process my order? I ordered these a week and a half before vacation hoping they would arrive before I left and they won't have even packaged them for shipping yet.

GB10/10 The fragrances all arrived in perfect condition and on time. I accidentally got a fragrance in a 1ml bottle that I ordered a 5ml of so I reached out and they responded within a couple of hours. They resent the one that I was missing free of charge 10/10 customer service!

GBOUT OF THIS WORLD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I placed an order for 4 1ml samples and 1 5ml size. I received my order which shipped next day and arrived on time through the USPS. I opened it and looked and had to check to make sure I didn't make a mistake, but the one that should have been a 5ml was a 1 ml. It was now about 10pm my time I sent an email to their customer service, and to my surprise within an hour that night I had a reply with next day shipping to send the correct size. Customer service is out of this world!!! For that they get all the stars. Very professional and apologetic for the mistake, which was not that big of a deal. The idea of buying rebottled scents is genius, especially if you're like me and want to try different scents out. Will definitely order again, and again, and again!

GBGreat service! I had to contact service a couple times. One to cancel an order. The other because one of the bottles had leaked and was empty when it came in. Both times service was quick and painless. Highly recommend!

GBWhen I received my second order from… When I received my second order from scent decant one of my vials was broken through no neglect on their part obviously but these things happen. I contacted the company and they were quick to make it right. I am a postal employee and I see this kind of thing often but not companies that are willing to do the right thing for their customers. Very satisfied with scent decant and will continue to purchase from them.
