I found Scent Decant while looking for… I found Scent Decant while looking for a way to test new scents for my wife and I. After ordering the package processed quickly and arrived two days early. Upon arrival we noticed a few bottles had leaked and removed the labels. I contacted the company and they very quickly resolved the issue! I would absolutely recommend anyone to use Scent Decant!

Not only is customer service prompt, their prices are also unmatched. Newly Addicted to Trying New Colognes Apparently my package was delivered to my porch, and was proven with a picture.... but unfortunately, wasn't there upon my arrival ☹️ I reached out to scentdecant, and they were very understanding of the situation... so much so, they re-sent the exact same order to me. I hardly ever leave reviews for company's, but this really meant a lot to me. I've been trying to figure out which scents I like, and this site has been a big help with that. Their customer service has basically guaranteed them my business, very pleased.

Price and customer service I love the price point and being able to try different brands. Ordering is easy and when I received the wrong order they sent me a replacement at no extra cost. Customer service was fast an easy through email.

Great service! I had to contact service a couple times. One to cancel an order. The other because one of the bottles had leaked and was empty when it came in. Both times service was quick and painless. Highly recommend!
