I think they pay people to write 5 star… I think they pay people to write 5 star reviews on here, i made my order 5 days ago and when i email them 2 days later they tell me to wait another 48hrs for movement, 3 days later still no movement, this gotta be a scam website.

10/10 The fragrances all arrived in perfect condition and on time. I accidentally got a fragrance in a 1ml bottle that I ordered a 5ml of so I reached out and they responded within a couple of hours. They resent the one that I was missing free of charge 10/10 customer service!

Great service! I had to contact service a couple times. One to cancel an order. The other because one of the bottles had leaked and was empty when it came in. Both times service was quick and painless. Highly recommend!

Very fast support, and alot of options. i ordered 2 samples, and one of them came broken, however, i emailed support, and in the same day they were able to fix the issue they also have alot of options to pick from, which is very nice (i recommend the new york fifth avenue fragrance by fragrance du bois)

Quality and Service Was excited that even the smallest sample come in an atomizer (it’s hard to use edps without it) and the whole ordering process was smooth and quick but that’s not why I’m really writing the review. Several of the samples came spilled (not their fault it happens) and they sent me a replacement so easily. Very happy with the customer service experience!
