GB10/10 The fragrances all arrived in perfect condition and on time. I accidentally got a fragrance in a 1ml bottle that I ordered a 5ml of so I reached out and they responded within a couple of hours. They resent the one that I was missing free of charge 10/10 customer service!

GBWhen I received my second order from… When I received my second order from scent decant one of my vials was broken through no neglect on their part obviously but these things happen. I contacted the company and they were quick to make it right. I am a postal employee and I see this kind of thing often but not companies that are willing to do the right thing for their customers. Very satisfied with scent decant and will continue to purchase from them.

GBPrice and customer service I love the price point and being able to try different brands. Ordering is easy and when I received the wrong order they sent me a replacement at no extra cost. Customer service was fast an easy through email.

GBQuality and Service Was excited that even the smallest sample come in an atomizer (it’s hard to use edps without it) and the whole ordering process was smooth and quick but that’s not why I’m really writing the review. Several of the samples came spilled (not their fault it happens) and they sent me a replacement so easily. Very happy with the customer service experience!

GBGreat concept Great concept, great company! They have all the high end, expensive fragrances and instead of buying a whole bottle and then deciding you don’t like it, at Scent Decant you can buy a small amount for a small amount of money and try it; buy and try several! I received my order the other day and one fragrance sample had been damaged. My email received an almost immediate response and a replacement is on its way at no cost to me. I intend to return to Scent Decant to try lots more fragrances!
