AUAwesome company I have been using this company for a few years now and by far it has been great, the customer service definitely could be quicker but I understand they may not have many staff and alot of tickets. I bought a KVM server a few years ago and so far I have been impressed with the uptime and when the prices went up I stayed at my original price. Definnitely would reccomend this company to anyone looking to buy a VPS for whatever purpose but especially Discord Bot Development.

GBA great company irregardless of other… A great company irregardless of other reviews. I believe NextArray is at fault for most of the issues, and accuratenode does the best possible given their circumstances. I do also believe that you guys should separate yourselves from NextArray to maybe have your own DC or rent out racks in one yourself. Service is spot on, employees are great.

RUBad technical support Bad technical support. Can't access my VPS (while it shows as active and paid, up and running) outside the internet, while technical support doesn't even look into my ticket and closes it after 15 days of silence

GBDon't recommend I've been using accurate node for over 6 months, and have had a terrible experience. Anytime I had technical problems (which there were a lot of), I had to ask friends or wait for them to fix themselves. Overall a bad experience and would not recommend.

CABilled me for cancelled services then… Billed me for cancelled services then accused me of 'stress testing' there networks. We had Jenkins installed onto our VPS and that was all. I would not recommend you to choose them. Horrible support and arrogant CEO. This will be changed upon refund.
