I've been using… I've been using thebeverlyhillsescape.com for a litte while now. They wer almost good. On the whhole, the service was okay. I was able to got what I needed without any major isuues. My experience didn't stand out one way or anoher and it was just fine. There weren't any werid occurences or long delays or anything like that. So, in a nutshell, not bad but nothing specal either.

What true customer service can accomplish. I purchased this product and used the first jar and saw no change. I sent all four jars back for a refund and tracked the package. I know it was rec'd so I called about my refund. I was told I would receive it in the mail shortly. I still have not rec'd my refund. I will happily update this review when I have rec'd my refund. Thank you. So why have I changed my review from a 1 to 5 stars? Simple. I rec'd the best phone call yesterday from Greg who exhibited the greatest customer service that I have been exposed to for some time. He was extremely professional yet caring about my situation. He did not treat me as if I was a nuisance or complainer. He treated me like a customer with a valid concern. He didn't give me "the check is in the mail" routine. He explained the issue at hand and told me my refund occurred and was sent to my credit card as is the custom. Greg, I really appreciated your call and as I said I would, I changed my review. Your customer service attitude deserves 5 stars. Thank you and please have a blessed and safe holiday season.

Good but short of promised results This is good cream however it is short of the promised looking 20 years younger in 15 days. The crepe skin on my arms is still there and not much better than before. I started to use more of the cream to see if it made a difference but not much. I will continue to use it to see if it makes a difference and report back because I think it will take some time to see results. Thank you.

Escape skin restoring complex This escape skin restoring complex does feel like it tightens the skin and I appreciate the fact it is not oily & it does not clog your pores. You get a lot for your money. The down side so far is I have not seen any wrinkles disappear. I will continue to use it for a couple more weeks to see if it takes longer for my skin show results. I'm hoping the cream doesn't end up in the graveyard. Debora

Great product. This is an update to a review I wrote back on July 8 before trying the product. And now that I actually tried the product I must say how wonderful and effected it is. I love it!!! The delivery is fast but the product is really really really good! I can't wait to shared with all my girlfriends. This product is worth giving five stars.
