Good but short of promised results This is good cream however it is short of the promised looking 20 years younger in 15 days. The crepe skin on my arms is still there and not much better than before. I started to use more of the cream to see if it made a difference but not much. I will continue to use it to see if it makes a difference and report back because I think it will take some time to see results. Thank you.

What true customer service can accomplish. I purchased this product and used the first jar and saw no change. I sent all four jars back for a refund and tracked the package. I know it was rec'd so I called about my refund. I was told I would receive it in the mail shortly. I still have not rec'd my refund. I will happily update this review when I have rec'd my refund. Thank you. So why have I changed my review from a 1 to 5 stars? Simple. I rec'd the best phone call yesterday from Greg who exhibited the greatest customer service that I have been exposed to for some time. He was extremely professional yet caring about my situation. He did not treat me as if I was a nuisance or complainer. He treated me like a customer with a valid concern. He didn't give me "the check is in the mail" routine. He explained the issue at hand and told me my refund occurred and was sent to my credit card as is the custom. Greg, I really appreciated your call and as I said I would, I changed my review. Your customer service attitude deserves 5 stars. Thank you and please have a blessed and safe holiday season.

Obnoxious salesperson website was extremely difficult to navigate. Price offered in mailer was $139 and free shipping. Could only get free shipping if paid $144. No place to add the customer number received on the mailout. Only used the online because of obnoxious live salesperson, who continuously argued with me to the point I cancelled my order.

You really need to try this to believe it! I've been using this cream for a few months and my husband constantly comments on how amazing my skin looks. BTW: this is the first time in all the years we have been married(and that constitutes decades) that he has noticed, let alone commented on my skin. Personally, I love the way it makes my skin feel. So soft and supple. Noticing fine lines diminished. Thank you.

Great product. This is an update to a review I wrote back on July 8 before trying the product. And now that I actually tried the product I must say how wonderful and effected it is. I love it!!! The delivery is fast but the product is really really really good! I can't wait to shared with all my girlfriends. This product is worth giving five stars.
