Product is still being used & hasn't evaluated yet. Number 3 for me is not being a poor rate. I've just used it for a a couple of weeks irregularly, so I haven't evaluated yet how it'll affect my skin. For all you know I've been using several products and just saw your product online. For some reason, I was attracted with the description and ingredients of your product. The only one thing I've felt is that the cream gets into your skin easily, meaning it absorbs fast. You may remind me later for add'l feedback.

Beverly Hills MD products have kept me looking my best! Beverly Hills MD products have served me very well for a number of years and I've never had a complaint or had to return anything. On the few occasions I've needed information, I've had prompt, accurate, and very pleasant service. I enjoy trying their new surprises which have all been delightful to use and keep me getting compliments!

What true customer service can accomplish. I purchased this product and used the first jar and saw no change. I sent all four jars back for a refund and tracked the package. I know it was rec'd so I called about my refund. I was told I would receive it in the mail shortly. I still have not rec'd my refund. I will happily update this review when I have rec'd my refund. Thank you. So why have I changed my review from a 1 to 5 stars? Simple. I rec'd the best phone call yesterday from Greg who exhibited the greatest customer service that I have been exposed to for some time. He was extremely professional yet caring about my situation. He did not treat me as if I was a nuisance or complainer. He treated me like a customer with a valid concern. He didn't give me "the check is in the mail" routine. He explained the issue at hand and told me my refund occurred and was sent to my credit card as is the custom. Greg, I really appreciated your call and as I said I would, I changed my review. Your customer service attitude deserves 5 stars. Thank you and please have a blessed and safe holiday season.

I've been on Beverly Hills Escape for… I've been on Beverly Hills Escape for about 10 days, and I love the way my skin feels and looks. I have never had my skin feel so soft. I know I haven't been on Beverly Hills Escape very long however I know I will continue to use it. I have many allergies to a lot of makeups and creams, and I don't have any little red bumps or rashes like I usually do. It's a great cream! I'm looking forward to the next few months/years to see what happens next.
