They optimised 2% of the total pages on the site. 2.The pages they did optimise were minimal and were never going to get remotely close to Google target of sub 2 seconds. 3.They subsequently admitted that there were further optimisations that they "could" have made but chose not to. 4. They have a refund policy which they would not honour. To top it all off you'll have a terrible customer service experience with somebody called Frances. We wasted 3 weeks and $700. Avoid this company like the plague.
