SMD Doesn't Insure Their Packa

My package went missing My package went missing. The Post Office made a mistake and said it was delivered (or mistakenly delivered it) even though I have proof the mail was supposed to be held. Someone either stole the box while I was away, or it's lost in the back of a truck somewhere. But SMD didn't insure the package for more than $15 so now I'm out three tubs of serum and a lot of money. SMD, I love some of your products but the website can be a little fly-by-night.

Skin so soft They offer a skincare set which is really helpful for people like me who likes to buy and test the product all together. Very much recommend!

Just started using product I like the product so far as I just started using both the cleansing oil and the other things I ordered. My problem was when I could not get the cap off the oil I tried to call to get help but there is no number to speak to a person. I then sent a note but never heard back from anyone in your company.
