Emailed customer service more than 15… Emailed customer service more than 15 times with no response, still no response after 2 weeks later now

Just started using product I like the product so far as I just started using both the cleansing oil and the other things I ordered. My problem was when I could not get the cap off the oil I tried to call to get help but there is no number to speak to a person. I then sent a note but never heard back from anyone in your company.
