GBJust started using product I like the product so far as I just started using both the cleansing oil and the other things I ordered. My problem was when I could not get the cap off the oil I tried to call to get help but there is no number to speak to a person. I then sent a note but never heard back from anyone in your company.

GBThis is the holy grail in my routine… This is the holy grail in my routine (AM and PM). I’ve been using it for several years now and have perfected just the right amount to apply. You don’t need much but concentrate on the oily parts to help keep the oil in check. Keeps my skin smooth and supple. Shopping was a breeze and shipping was fast! I hope they never discontinue it.
SMD Doesn't Insure Their Packa
GBMy package went missing My package went missing. The Post Office made a mistake and said it was delivered (or mistakenly delivered it) even though I have proof the mail was supposed to be held. Someone either stole the box while I was away, or it's lost in the back of a truck somewhere. But SMD didn't insure the package for more than $15 so now I'm out three tubs of serum and a lot of money. SMD, I love some of your products but the website can be a little fly-by-night.
