I worked with Alan Richardson who was great. In a very short time we had a beautiful book cover designed, website and marketing plan. Total professionalism My experience with this company has been nothing short of professional and very helpful. They walked me through the process of the website, domain name transfer and setting up the new email server. I was very nervous about all of this but Sid Johnson was extremely patient and helpful. This company is very responsive and customer service oriented.

Sid Johnson Computer Expert Sid Johnson saved my life! I was not receiving emails for weeks at a time and I also wasnt able to send emails! Within an hour of being on the phone with Sid, he then took over control of my laptop and magically saved my outlook email provider. Within minutes I started receiving all my emails that were missing and I also was able to send emails again. Sid Johnson is a technology genius and I cannot thank him enough. This only goes to 5 stars, I would give him 100 stars! I recommend him to all my friends and family if they are ever in trouble with their computers or laptops or anything technical. Sid gets the job done!!
