First contact with Branded Design Guru Having just started with Branded Design Guru, I must say that their customer service is excellent. Follow up is absolutely wonderful and they took a lot of time to understand what my vision was and how they could bring it to life. On just the first meeting I was able to speak to the animator, Sean, and get information, feedback and options. Jason, the customer service person, made absolutely certain to listen and ask pertinent questions and his follow up has been amazing
