GBYour site was selling a product they… Your site was selling a product they don't have and let me go through PayPal that transfer money to buy it then your site sent me an email to cancel it and refund the money ,Sorry this is not customer service ,this is very bad service

GBI canceled my order due to finding out… I canceled my order due to finding out the Freeze was not in stock when I order and it would be weeks before it would be in stock. I was told I'd get a refund in 5 to 10 Business days. I checked my CC card daily and no refund was issues by Reggiethings Store. I contacted them on the 9th business day and they said I should have seen a refund to my account and they'd look into it. I never got a reply and they ignored my emails after that. I had t file a Dispute of Charge with my CC. Reggie Things Store is a dishonest company!!

GBProduct was received as described on the website. Product was received as described on the website. Great customer service. Only problem was it took the postal service almost 3 1/2 weeks to deliver my package.
