GBI canceled my order due to finding out… I canceled my order due to finding out the Freeze was not in stock when I order and it would be weeks before it would be in stock. I was told I'd get a refund in 5 to 10 Business days. I checked my CC card daily and no refund was issues by Reggiethings Store. I contacted them on the 9th business day and they said I should have seen a refund to my account and they'd look into it. I never got a reply and they ignored my emails after that. I had t file a Dispute of Charge with my CC. Reggie Things Store is a dishonest company!!

AUExpensive delivery fees The product arrived just as promised on the website. The product was lovely, however I thought the delivery fee was excessively high for a clock. Please think about reducing your delivery fees.
