Core tool in my virtual bookkeeping business I've been using SmartVault as my core document management system in my virtual bookkeeping business since 2009 and it has been as important as the accounting software I use with my clients. I love how secure and simple it is to use, and my clients love it too. I've not seen another DMS that has the same functionality and convenience, even those used by large accounting firms. Still the best in my opinion.

It's a great program It's a great program. Offers lots of flexiblity with clients and most of all much peace of mind for security against hackers, etc especially for sole practices.

I’m paying for the Pro version I’m paying for the Pro version, but I cannot add clients. And SmartVault’s idea of support is a BOT that is not providing the assistance I need. I find this to be ridiculous. This is very frustrating. I need to speak with a human.
