HelpCrunch became a best solution for our customer support: Helpcrunch became a 7 x cheaper solution for our customer support compared to Intercom. They don't have a help desk yet. But I was told they will soon.

INThe best live chat software I have ever used Helpcrunch is a full-featured application. Despite having so many features it is easy to set up and even easier to use. it motivates the user to do more and provide the best customer experience. it has given us the best return on investment. I particularly like auto messages, the option to send emails and the upcoming knowledge base feature.
