a superb tool for customer communication HelpCruch has absolutely everything our team needs to automate communication with customers, catch leads and provide valuable information to users in the knowledge base. All the features are really easy to understand and use, with no problems at all. One of the features that we use a lot is a pop-up builder. You can select different styles, colors, content, you can even add a video to your popup. That's basically the main reason why working with HelpCrunch is a true pleasure. Last but not least reason that makes you fall in love with HelpCrunch is their online support. As a customer communication tool, they definitely know their thing and assist users as if you are their friend, not just a random person! We switched to HelpCrunch from HelpScout.

The best live chat software I have ever used Helpcrunch is a full-featured application. Despite having so many features it is easy to set up and even easier to use. it motivates the user to do more and provide the best customer experience. it has given us the best return on investment. I particularly like auto messages, the option to send emails and the upcoming knowledge base feature.

Easy-to-use software that boosts customer engagement I’d start by saying that it’s the best tool in the niche for its price. Furthermore, I love their customer support, the team is always friendly and open to answering any questions. It seems like I’ve already tried each customer communication software out there, so you can trust my opinion! :)) Eventually, I chose HelpCrunch and I am so glad I did it. It’s so easy to set up and use. You should know that I am not a techie at all! I work as a chief editor at the news agency, and it took me just two hours to install and set up HelpCrunch. So if you ask me, I would suggest HelpCrunch to anyone who wants to improve communication with customers.
