Initially the software failed but once I involved the support team then I received regular updates and attempted solutions . Sometimes I think the English might have caused a problem with some of the support team but mostly it was ok , after 6 weeks or more of emails back and forth they finally provided a solution that worked . Although this is a long time frame to resolution they did persevere and eventually resolve my issue
