iSumsoft Android Password does not work I purchased iSumsoft Android Password Refixer and it did not work. Pursued the issue with the support and nothing good was suggested; asked to try all OS options under the tool even when it is not designed to work. After 2-3 weeks i asked for refund since ut was supposed to have a 30-day warranty guarantee but the same delay tactic was deployed. There is no intention to refund. Beware of such marketing gimmick esp when the products dont really work. Bottomline, dont buy anything from iSumsoft as the organization is not genuine. It's a small amt of money that i lost but it is the principle that i have been totally disappointed and disguested with the organization.

Company spent weeks helping me. Company spent weeks helping me solve a problem of getting into an older i phone whose password was forgotten. Biggest issue was the phone hadn't been updated so it wasn't recognized by I tunes or the software. Started the process on 6/20.2023 and finally solved it 7/29/2023.

My dad is a senior who is quite… My dad is a senior who is quite vulnerable got locked out of his iphone and no one would help including the store he bought the phone at. At first I couldn't get the program to see his phone, it turned out to be a cable issue not the software. It was the dreaded iphone unavailable, and this software was very detailed and worked perfectly, you guys are Saints!

It doesn't work I purchased the software and it didn't work for Samsung Galaxy S21 after trying all the options mentioned. I requested a refund but no response yet.
