GBCompany spent weeks helping me. Company spent weeks helping me solve a problem of getting into an older i phone whose password was forgotten. Biggest issue was the phone hadn't been updated so it wasn't recognized by I tunes or the software. Started the process on 6/20.2023 and finally solved it 7/29/2023.

GBI bought the software in an attempt to… I bought the software in an attempt to recover a Samsung phone that I did not have the Google account for. Initially the software failed but once I involved the support team then I received regular updates and attempted solutions . Sometimes I think the English might have caused a problem with some of the support team but mostly it was ok , after 6 weeks or more of emails back and forth they finally provided a solution that worked . Although this is a long time frame to resolution they did persevere and eventually resolve my issue

CAThey were very quick connecting with… They were very quick connecting with me. They tried several different ways to help me. In the end I found a work around that worked. The option to burn to cd/DVD didn't work for me on my windows 10 pc but it did work on a virtual windows xp machine even though it said the burn was a fail. I tested it and it was working fine.

GBI got several suggestions from support… I got several suggestions from support to fix the problems I was having and then it all worked out great.

GBIt doesn't work I purchased the software and it didn't work for Samsung Galaxy S21 after trying all the options mentioned. I requested a refund but no response yet.
