SGunable to cancel the subscription unable to cancel the subscription. "delete account" is not unsubscribing and still getting charged every month!!!!! there is no way to unsubscribe

USGreat customer experience I just finished a chat experience with Jack on Slidegeeks.com. What a wonderful troubleshooting experience. I was unable to get into my account and reset password was not generating the usual experience. Turns out my authentication email was an old employer email. Jack was able to change my user email to my current address and wa-la, I was in. Thank you Jack and Slidegeeks. Quick, painless and simple. Trish
