I was unable to get into my account and reset password was not generating the usual experience. Turns out my authentication email was an old employer email. SGunable to cancel the subscription unable to cancel the subscription. "delete account" is not unsubscribing and still getting charged every month!!!!! there is no way to unsubscribe

GBBrain meltdown... Through user error (brain shutdown), I needed some help with support. Immediate help, cut to the chase and were vary patient with me. Good products and if the free presentation option works out, I will definitely have go for a subscription. The costs look reasonable too.
