Little did we know that they requested our customer data on Stripe and then TOLD ME they still thinking about accepting us. They also only reply maybe 1 time every 3 days... One of the worst customer experiences I've ever seen.

Unprofessional and uncaring Unprofessional and uncaring. They can't seem to organize or manage anything (they canceled an affiliate program without telling their affiliates). They can't seem to figure out how to get their tech to work (the new affiliate program doesn't work). Then they go silent. Emails are ignored and you're left communicating with external people for clues. Untrustworthy. Terrible experience.
