I have a couple small SAAS companies that needed to have the flexibility and scaleability that “the big guys have”. LemonSqueezy has gone above and beyond with what seems to be a constantly evolving and growing product. I needed to connect and build on their API with a few clicks (they do). Unprofessional and uncaring Unprofessional and uncaring. They can't seem to organize or manage anything (they canceled an affiliate program without telling their affiliates). They can't seem to figure out how to get their tech to work (the new affiliate program doesn't work). Then they go silent. Emails are ignored and you're left communicating with external people for clues. Untrustworthy. Terrible experience.
