No one takes the time to read and understand the emails to understand what the customer needs, and good luck with getting a response. I was sent the wrong item I’ve paid $37.50, after 8 emails I finally receive a shipping label and approved refund for $26.78, $10 less than what I’ve paid for the wrong item being sent out to me, and still no response. This was my first shopping with the company and last time.

Every Black woman needs this cap. The swim cap did what it was supposed to do. I am newly Sisterlocked and went swimming while on vacation. My hair was bone dry when I got back to my room. The only issue I have is that shipping took much longer than the original notification.

A truly lovely product You Go Natural sells a great quality product. The descriptions matched each item in my order and came beautifully packaged! I do wish that they were a bit more communicative about if products were shipping late though, I feel like that would have made for a less stressful wait time.
