Just received my order after a long… Just received my order after a long time waiting. I ordered several times before and this was the worst, the time before when I ordered the whole order was wrong, so I said to myself let me give them another chance, only to be let down again. The quality of the new head wraps are made very cheap, something equivalent that you would get of off TEMU the amount of money that you charge for the head wraps at least the quality should be good. I would send back for a refund but you guys are unprofessional and I don't need the headache. Like most businesses start out great then switch the product. Going the rate your going you won't be in business that long, and after reading several of the comments I see that alot of people would agree.

This has been the worst experience This has been the worst experience. No one takes the time to read and understand the emails to understand what the customer needs, and good luck with getting a response. I was sent the wrong item I’ve paid $37.50, after 8 emails I finally receive a shipping label and approved refund for $26.78, $10 less than what I’ve paid for the wrong item being sent out to me, and still no response. This was my first shopping with the company and last time.

Very disappointed Still waiting on my order that was placed Feb. 29th. Since then I received an email about a manufacturing error and a 50% discount, however I do not intend to use it since my original order has not come. I reached out a week ago after receiving a marketing email that the very item I am waiting on was back in stock and available for purchase. This was my first time purchasing from this company and I really wanted this item as I had my eye on it for months before buying.
