I ordered several times before and this was the worst, the time before when I ordered the whole order was wrong, so I said to myself let me give them another chance, only to be let down again. The quality of the new head wraps are made very cheap, something equivalent that you would get of off TEMU the amount of money that you charge for the head wraps at least the quality should be good. I would send back for a refund but you guys are unprofessional and I don't need the headache. Like most businesses start out great then switch the product. Going the rate your going you won't be in business that long, and after reading several of the comments I see that alot of people would agree.

A truly lovely product You Go Natural sells a great quality product. The descriptions matched each item in my order and came beautifully packaged! I do wish that they were a bit more communicative about if products were shipping late though, I feel like that would have made for a less stressful wait time.

This swim cap really works This swim cap really works. Kept my braids completely dry on vacation just make sure all air is out by pushing down on cap & cover ears like the directions state. Now I need some more colors lol....

Great for travel, gym, and relaxing The active bun wrap and head bands are a nice lined soft material that do a great job of staying on my small head. The active bun wrap was perfect to cover and protect my hair on a 12 hour plane ride.

No one takes the time to read and understand the emails to understand what the customer needs, and good luck with getting a response. I was sent the wrong item I’ve paid $37.50, after 8 emails I finally receive a shipping label and approved refund for $26.78, $10 less than what I’ve paid for the wrong item being sent out to me, and still no response. This was my first shopping with the company and last time.
