Excellent Products and Customer Service I bought the Prestige Pearl Spot Whitening and the pump was not working. I then emailed the customer service and they replied within one day. I supplied the order# and picture and they shipped a new product the next day. Awesome customer service and shipping! I have been using their products and it's second to none. Definitely recommend!

Tops in Customer Service! On March 22, 2024, I contacted Premier Dead Sea USA in regards to an incorrect item I received in a prior order. I was assisted by Adar and she addressed my issue in an exemplary manner while being very courteous and professional throughout our conversation. Adar should be considered as a "valued employee" of Premier. It's employees like Adar that make Premier a "great company" that it is. Thank you Adar and Premier!

My order arrived and was damaged(liquid… My order arrived and was damaged(liquid bottles had leaked). I explained the problem to Shirley the rep and she replaced the damaged items free of charge.I love these products so happy to recommend.

Sent the wrong item Sent the wrong item, and then I couldn't get hold of anyone to get the correct item shipped. I had to leave a message, and nobody called me back, just got an email sent to me saying the product had been shipped. Super poor communication, and for such high priced items, I would expect much better service!!!!

Debated between 3 and 4 stars Debated between 3 and 4 stars. I have had some difficulty regarding an incorrect product being shipped (moisture emulsion normal to dry instead of requested normal to oily). Have called on numerous occasions, left messages and with no response. I did however manage to connect with contact on Thursday and was to receive a call back immediately. That did not happen and I have no idea how this is to be resolved. Have had little difficulty in the past, first time on-line order. Hope the issue is satisfactorily resolved soon.
