ITSuperior quality of products, very good Customer care Few years ago, I tried a Premier nourishing cream for man and I decided to have always a stock available for the future. I could find the internet official site to order it. I have been attracted by quality of the products, but I was also surprised to see the availability of special offers. I forgot to use a Promo code when ordering and I was frustrated for that. Customer care sent me the Promo product, few days later, completely free of charge.

USScam Very disappointed in the product the service was very pushy I have tried to contact the company and the manager to get a refund after I saw articles stating how this was a scam and how many of the Israeli workers are here without proper documentation. The eye product cracks and becomes flaky after a few hours you're unable to wear makeup. The face mask does not really work. The products are overpriced it's cheaper online.This is a total scam I told the salesmen several times I did not want the products and he kept pushing.

USDon’t Purchase Products, there is no consistency in pricing My name is Sonia and I purchased some skin products from Gratiae at Sawgrass Mills mall, Sunrise, Florida on January 2 for $150 plus tax. I researched the products and discovered they can be purchased for a fraction of what I was charged. Specifically, Nordstrom Rack had a promotional limited time offer of Premier by Dead Sea Premier Refining Moisture Cream for $16.97, and Refining Facials Peeling Mask for the same price. I saw the products much cheaper on other sites as well. It’s really tragic that no one can be trusted anyone, not even a vendor in a mall. Please understand that $150 will not impact my life one way or the other. What does concern me is that your company would allow vendors at malls to deceive and defraud innocent people for gain.

I have had some difficulty regarding an incorrect product being shipped (moisture emulsion normal to dry instead of requested normal to oily). Have called on numerous occasions, left messages and with no response. I did however manage to connect with contact on Thursday and was to receive a call back immediately. That did not happen and I have no idea how this is to be resolved. Have had little difficulty in the past, first time on-line order. Hope the issue is satisfactorily resolved soon.

USSent the wrong item Sent the wrong item, and then I couldn't get hold of anyone to get the correct item shipped. I had to leave a message, and nobody called me back, just got an email sent to me saying the product had been shipped. Super poor communication, and for such high priced items, I would expect much better service!!!!
