Terrible customer service I placed an order that came with hidden subscription. never intended to subscribe. I received the item , but it didn't work out for me - tagging and got dry very quick. 2 days ago I received an email saying my Remay order is on the way. I immediately cancel the subscription and touched base w customer service asking to cancel the order - it was not shipped yet. Here is the dialog: How do I cancel my order? Sensitive skin...No Problem!!!! I have extremely sensitive skin and everything I’ve ever used would give me razor burn. I was skeptical about yet another product. The first time I tried the Remay Shave Gel bar, my skin was soft and smooth and there was absolutely no sign of razor burn!! I have not only used a fair share of shave gel bars but I am able to shave every other day if I want to. That’s a huge improvement from every 4-5 days between shaves! I love the bars and will never use anything else!!!!!
