Terrible customer service I placed an order that came with hidden subscription. never intended to subscribe. I received the item , but it didn't work out for me - tagging and got dry very quick. 2 days ago I received an email saying my Remay order is on the way. I immediately cancel the subscription and touched base w customer service asking to cancel the order - it was not shipped yet. Here is the dialog: How do I cancel my order? This is because the subscription option comes with a heavily discounted rate compared to the regular single time purchase option. We also need to set aside inventory for the renewing boxes, returns costs us in fees and due to hygienic reasons products returned often need to be destroyed. I used to shave once a week because I hated dealing with shaving cream, now I’m shaving every couple of days and no razor burn. Would definitely recommend using it I give it 5 stars
