GBDon’t do it! I purchased 2 of these and neither one works as it showed in the advertisement. When the first didn’t work I thought ok maybe the gel was messed up but the other also did not work. So ok ya in the shower with water constantly going it will kinda work but conditioner works better. Do not I repeat not try and shave your legs outside of the shower by wetting both surfaces you will regret it and men do not use it in your face my husband had so many bumps. This product was not worth the shipping and I hate that because I had such high hopes it would work like it said.

GBJust not the fit for my skin... My skin is very prone to razor burn, and after using this product, I will not purchase again. It helped a small bit, but it dried on my legs rather quickly, and I still had razor burn afterwards, even following as directed. Maybe it can work for others, and nice size for travel. I use conditioner and it works the best out of all products I’ve tried.

GBTerrible customer service I placed an order that came with hidden subscription. never intended to subscribe. I received the item , but it didn't work out for me - tagging and got dry very quick. 2 days ago I received an email saying my Remay order is on the way. I immediately cancel the subscription and touched base w customer service asking to cancel the order - it was not shipped yet. Here is the dialog: How do I cancel my order? Order # RMY3223SPFY 3:59 PM Thanks for messaging us, happy to help! Please hold as I lookup this order for you. 4:02 PM It looks like this is a renewal order. Unfortunately renewal orders can’t be cancelled, but you can skip or cancel future orders inside of your account using the link sent to during registration. 4:06 PM Can I return item of renewal order? 4:28 PM Unfortunately, similar to most subscription services, returns are only accepted on the first shipment but not on renewals. This is because the subscription option comes with a heavily discounted rate compared to the regular single time purchase option. We also need to set aside inventory for the renewing boxes, returns costs us in fees and due to hygienic reasons products returned often need to be destroyed. GBCould not ask for a better product or company! This company went above and beyond my expectations! There was an issue on my end where I didn't get to use a promo code before payment was made in full:(. I quickly contacted Remay and their response was the quickest I've ever seen to get the issue resolved. Not only did they respond but it was an actual person not a computer generated response! Wonderful company, amazing product & so easy to work with to resolve any technical issue! 5 STARS HANDS DOWN!
