Flora was very professional, responsive and precise. The certificate was reasonably priced and delivered to me in less than 24 hours. A soft copy of the doc was also sent to me via email. Great, fast service! After I submitted my French diploma, a correspondent from JR contacted me and quickly assessed my needs. I wrongly asked for a notarization, but I had paid for it. JR was able to issue a refund with no hassle. I would recommend this service to others. I have used another service, J. Silny & Assoc., and the process to get your documents translated was not as streamlined.
