We needed an official and certified… We needed an official and certified translation during a short stay in the USA. The original was delivered by post to Cabo san Lucas, Mexico, but did not arrive for 12 days. Uncomplicated JP Language Translation did another shipment with FedEx for me, that worked out fine. It goes without saying that the translation and the service were perfect, they are specialists! Good work!

Great customer service with quick responce time I recently used the company to translate my birth certificate from Norwegian to English. The rep was very nice and quick to respond to my questions and comments. The process was very quick and the only thing I found slowing it down was myself.

Great customer service! I need it a one page certificate translated in less than 24hours. The turn around was about 3 hours; certified and notarized. Flora was very professional, responsive and precise. The certificate was reasonably priced and delivered to me in less than 24 hours. A soft copy of the doc was also sent to me via email. Thanks Flora!

Chinese translation I didn't expect a quick turnaround for such a large translation project and JR did it in 3 days. Great price, great turnaround. Will continue to be using them and have referred them to others.

Acceptable. The format of the translation is really good (it perfectly copies the original document) and the delivery time is quite fast. However, there were several translation mistakes which I had to correct myself upon receiving a first draft of the translation. Some of the mistakes were not even amended in the second draft, so I had to ask for those to be corrected again. It was what I wanted, a certified translation, but the fact that I had to correct several mistakes makes it highly unprofessional. For example, I don't think a professional translator can write 'eigthy' instead of 'eighty'. At least I got a chance to revise the draft before they sent it to me.
