Bad company Bad company - bad translation. Yes, turn around was quick, but I could not believe how close it was to google translate. Ran my translation by native speakers who said how awkward and poorly constructed it was. Tried to get in touch with the company to discuss the issue and potential refund and they refused to listen. You can find a better translation company for half the price. Not shy about using the word "scam" here. Proceed at your own risk!

Excellent customer service! We use JR Language Translations to translate copy on our packaging that ships all over the world. We had used a previous company before who copied and pasted copy from Google Translate in which we found when Kris had ran through one of our copy logs. Best translation service I actually emailed my documents to one of the staff and the quote usually takes 24hrs or more but i got mine in less time. The translation was accurate, it had a reflection of what i was hoping for. the customer service is excellent!! they're friendly but you have to be friendly too!(kidding) I will definitely recommend them for any translation If you don't try you won't know!!!
