GBA+ to customer service I ordered a box of New women’s clothing but received a box of apparent store returns, some articles with damage. I reached out to customer service by email and had an immediate response. My situation was taken care of promptly and courteously. I am highly impressed with the customer service, so rare to find this consideration these days! I would give customer service themselves 5 stars.

GBI bought my first palette FROM BULQ I bought my first palette FROM BULQ, the Manifest was completely correct with a couple extra surprises which were fantastic. The only problem I had was with Freight. I paid quite a bit to have my pallet shipped, the problem was the shipper here only uses semi trucks to transport so I had to wait an extra three days to get my shipment when the truck was in my area so I could go and meet them on the side of the road so they could offload the pallet onto my pickup truck. Thank God I had access to a pickup truck I don't know what would have happened if I didn't.

GBI have purchased 3 boxes total so far… I have purchased 3 boxes total so far and love being able to view manifest, pictures, etc. however my one disappointment has been twice now the manifest listed an item and price but when I received boxes that was not the items in box and much less value items. I have found a lot of MSRP on manifest is wrong as well and stuff isn’t retailing for what manifest says.

GBSo many bad reviews on this Company: Bulq I was so happy to find Bulq. After doing research on Bulq and reading the reviews. I decided not to give them a try. All the bad reviews are different people saying the same thing about deceptive practices. Wow how disappointing. Somebody need to find a way to shut this business down.

GBSCAMMERS stay away from them if you are… SCAMMERS stay away from them if you are just getting into reselling and can’t afford to take a big loss. I purchased a box on Feb 27th 2021 it arrived. March 3rd box was all messed up like some went through it and sure enough the height ticket items were missing contacted BULQ and they wanted to refund me only 50$ for items that was worth was over 300$. Extremely disappointed Edit: they eventually made it right by offering another 225$ refund so bringing the total partial refund to 275$. Updated to 3 stars I shouldn’t have to post multiple bad reviews on different platforms and open up a dispute with PayPal just for you to do what was right to do in the beginning. You should really take a listen to my call with Martina she blew it.
