March 3rd box was all messed up like some went through it and sure enough the height ticket items were missing contacted BULQ and they wanted to refund me only 50$ for items that was worth was over 300$. Extremely disappointed Edit: they eventually made it right by offering another 225$ refund so bringing the total partial refund to 275$. Updated to 3 stars I shouldn’t have to post multiple bad reviews on different platforms and open up a dispute with PayPal just for you to do what was right to do in the beginning. You should really take a listen to my call with Martina she blew it.

I had some unknown person attempt to… I had some unknown person attempt to buy over $1,100 worth of merchandise from this company fraudulently using my PayPal account. I called them first thing and had refunds to my account within hours. They stopped the orders, refunded the money to me, and seemed like they cared. I last spoke with Brandon who helped with the second refund. PayPal was of no help at all, even claiming that I authorized fraudulent purchases. Needless to say I'm done with PayPal.

PAY ATTENTION. Due to my oversite, I was totally disappointed in my purchase. I did not see where the whole purchase was basically trash and nothing would be repairable. My mistake did not see the whole manifest. Perhaps a red more visible message. If I can find another package to my liking and I actually can make a little profit or at least use something, I may purchase again.
