I continually get pallets with… I continually get pallets with incorrect or missing items. The first pallet they refunded me a low, but mostly acceptable ammount. The last 2 pallets come up WAY short including a very expensive item that I depended heavily on for profit. Wholesale prices on those items EASILY come up to $1,000+ if someone with professional knowledge of these items appraised them. All i recived after complaining was $600. Another order that was "NEW" had 2 deffective iPhones in it & I haven't even filed claims on that yet. Not happy. BULQ depends on people like myself to keep them in business & they refuse to deal fairly with us. If you wish to keep me as a customer, someone needs to contact me and make this right.

I had some unknown person attempt to… I had some unknown person attempt to buy over $1,100 worth of merchandise from this company fraudulently using my PayPal account. I called them first thing and had refunds to my account within hours. They stopped the orders, refunded the money to me, and seemed like they cared. I last spoke with Brandon who helped with the second refund. PayPal was of no help at all, even claiming that I authorized fraudulent purchases. Needless to say I'm done with PayPal.

Shipping I love the Bulq.com cases that I have been receiving weekly however the cost to ship is high. When I have called to inquire about picking upbmy orders in Lebanon TN I have been told that option is not available. If I were able to pick up as opposed to shipping my orders would be larger and I wouldn’t have to look to other liquidation companies to fill the need of my business.

Bulq seems to be a good idea for those… Bulq seems to be a good idea for those of us sourcing for resale But I need certain types of merchandise and your cases are always mixed forcing me to purchase items that I do not want to sell. When I say I want to Purchase a category ie. Consumer electronics, that is all I want to see in a case when I look at it not a mix of multiple categories. That being said I think you would have more interest from me if these adjustments to your case sales giving us the opportunity to purchase just the categories we want.

So many bad reviews on this Company: Bulq I was so happy to find Bulq. After doing research on Bulq and reading the reviews. I decided not to give them a try. All the bad reviews are different people saying the same thing about deceptive practices. Wow how disappointing. Somebody need to find a way to shut this business down.
