Bad customer support They are very good in several points but those don't include customer support. Christopher York is the worst customer support I've ever seen in my life. I've been using ASPnix since 2011. Maybe he helped me just once or twice since then.

great service, great support, had critical downtime only once Very good service and support. SQL Server was down one day for almost 8 hours. Besides that, everything was excellent.
