TRBad customer support They are very good in several points but those don't include customer support. Christopher York is the worst customer support I've ever seen in my life. I've been using ASPnix since 2011. Maybe he helped me just once or twice since then.

DEUnfriendly Support I bought two whmcs modules from them. They work good, but their support is terrible. I believe his name was Christopher. Such an unfriendly Guy. I am new to whmcs, so I had a few problems. I contacted the support to get help. Other companies respond like "Thanks for buying our module, ...". Christopher was very unfriendly. He helped me but he always talked to me with a meaning of "Oh, you are so stupid" "Oh my God how stupid can someone be". Can't recommend this company.

GBPersonally I am happy with ASPnix service Everything works fine - I am happy more than ever! When I need support, it is quick and takes care of the issue with no attitude. I am not an IT guy so this is important to me. Their support works 24/7/365. My sites are always online and I am happy that my visitors are satisfied with the speed connectivity. Top web host to deal with. highly recommended.

SGQuite a problematic service Quite a problematic service in many ways. It would be OK, but the support is just leaders of horror, after creating a ticket you can not even hope that your problem can somehow be solved. I don't recommend it.
