Disappointed ***Update: The BBB contacted me to advise that Design Vocals never answered their inquiry regarding my concerns. I'm just looking for a resolution. This is not how you treat a customer or the BBB. **** I am disappointed with this company. I hired them since May 2020 and I have not received my logo trademark yet. They don't tell you all of the up front costs for the logo process. I paid my fees Spring/Summer 2020 and to date no trademark. I should of had it in November 2020 and here it is early 2021 and still nothing. I have left numerous messages and to date, no return communique about the status. Unfortunately, I placed a complaint with the BBB to assist in resolving this issue.

Amazing Experience, Beautiful Design I had an amazing experience with Design Vocals and received a beautiful logo. James Anderson acted as my Project Manager and was extremely pleasant and helpful. James made the process seamless and gave me updates throughout. When I come back for more design help, I will definitely be requesting to work with James again.

Logo Needed a logo done for a website and couldn’t be happier with the end result. I requested a few details and let Design Vocals do the rest. They delivered a logo that exceeded my expectations. This company charged me thousands of… This company charged me thousands of dollars to build and host my website and when it was all done the hacked my website in order to charge me for a maintenance plan. Stay away from them I'm in the process of filing charges and disputing payments too see what I can get back from these crooks.
