Fast, Helpful and Communicative The whole team was very patient and helpful throughout my entire logo design experience. They offered a great variety of initial logo design options and really listened to the feedback I had narrowing down my final design. They are very good at staying in communication with you on a daily basis and have quick turn around time during the revision process. I am exceptionally pleased with my results and with the service provided by the team at Design Vocals. I definitely recommend giving them a try!

Design vocals did an amazing job! Design vocals did an amazing job of not only creating my logo, but also designs for stationary. They listened to what I had in mind and brought that out into reality. Even when I asked for revision there was no problem and my vision was always carried out. You have open communication with them the whole time everything is being done, so if there is any issue it will be sorted out sooner rather than later. Scott Cohen and Jasper Gagnon were instrumental in bringing my business to life! They both were very nice and professional at all times. Scott got me started and Jasper carried me through. keep this company away first of all, their listed address: 1340 Reynolds Ave, Suite 116 Num 1018, CA 1018 has many business names but no Design Vocals there. 2nd: Design Vocals is lately created and they used deltadesigndoc before and used the sams address mentioned above 3rd: they also use the following address listed in their contract: 2800 Eisenhower Ave Suite 220 Alexandria, VA22314, I checked and there is no such company 4th: they used other names showing in your credit card like Exploride Group Inc 5th: their actural location showing on the credit card is in Dover DE. I signed the contract with them in Jan to design my website, but no work done by July. I found they are not reliable, not honest, poor quality work, cheating. if you want to use their service be careful and ask them to show you their business license.

Disappointed ***Update: The BBB contacted me to advise that Design Vocals never answered their inquiry regarding my concerns. I'm just looking for a resolution. This is not how you treat a customer or the BBB. **** I am disappointed with this company. I hired them since May 2020 and I have not received my logo trademark yet. They don't tell you all of the up front costs for the logo process. I paid my fees Spring/Summer 2020 and to date no trademark. I should of had it in November 2020 and here it is early 2021 and still nothing. I have left numerous messages and to date, no return communique about the status. Unfortunately, I placed a complaint with the BBB to assist in resolving this issue.
