Disappointed ***Update: The BBB contacted me to advise that Design Vocals never answered their inquiry regarding my concerns. I'm just looking for a resolution. This is not how you treat a customer or the BBB. **** I am disappointed with this company. I hired them since May 2020 and I have not received my logo trademark yet. They don't tell you all of the up front costs for the logo process. I paid my fees Spring/Summer 2020 and to date no trademark. I should of had it in November 2020 and here it is early 2021 and still nothing. I have left numerous messages and to date, no return communique about the status. Unfortunately, I placed a complaint with the BBB to assist in resolving this issue.

Fast, Helpful and Communicative The whole team was very patient and helpful throughout my entire logo design experience. They offered a great variety of initial logo design options and really listened to the feedback I had narrowing down my final design. They are very good at staying in communication with you on a daily basis and have quick turn around time during the revision process. I am exceptionally pleased with my results and with the service provided by the team at Design Vocals. I definitely recommend giving them a try!

Design Vocals knowledge of website designing and the ease of understanding what we truly needed and was trying to convey was very refreshing. They where able to capture the very heart of our ministry and Dr. Ed Montgomery who is a Global Speaker and make the site reflect that, so people can truly understand who we are.
