My rep was very polite and easy to work… My rep was very polite and easy to work with. But I do not like the way this company operates. I paid money for a service. I was not offered these "additional" services like website design when I originally signed up. It was only after I was locked in with design services that I was essentially spammed for other services and to spend way more money. Just as much time was spent being sold another product or option as what was actually spent on my logo design. Be upfront before money is spent. I hate getting salesmanned.

They listened to what I had in mind and brought that out into reality. Even when I asked for revision there was no problem and my vision was always carried out. You have open communication with them the whole time everything is being done, so if there is any issue it will be sorted out sooner rather than later. Scott Cohen and Jasper Gagnon were instrumental in bringing my business to life! They both were very nice and professional at all times. Scott got me started and Jasper carried me through. You get what you pay for You get what you pay for. These are not professional logos so don't expect to get anything like what they have on their homepage. Luckily the client I had this logo done for is not very picky. Support and communication has been great they do answer your messages promptly and follow up.
