My rep was very polite and easy to work… My rep was very polite and easy to work with. But I do not like the way this company operates. I paid money for a service. I was not offered these "additional" services like website design when I originally signed up. It was only after I was locked in with design services that I was essentially spammed for other services and to spend way more money. Just as much time was spent being sold another product or option as what was actually spent on my logo design. Be upfront before money is spent. I hate getting salesmanned.

My experience with Design Vocals was… My experience with Design Vocals was very positive. They were able to bring our vision for our sites MyALC.org and Edmontgomery.net to life very quickly. Design Vocals knowledge of website designing and the ease of understanding what we truly needed and was trying to convey was very refreshing. They where able to capture the very heart of our ministry and Dr. Ed Montgomery who is a Global Speaker and make the site reflect that, so people can truly understand who we are. I also had the pleasure to work with Mark Hunt who was very knowledgeable, understanding and had great patiences with us as we worked together which made the experience fun. Amazing Experience, Beautiful Design I had an amazing experience with Design Vocals and received a beautiful logo. James Anderson acted as my Project Manager and was extremely pleasant and helpful. James made the process seamless and gave me updates throughout. When I come back for more design help, I will definitely be requesting to work with James again.
