This company deserves a ZERO star… This company deserves a ZERO star review. They take your money and do not complete the work. I have been WAITING FOR A REFUND FOR MONTHS NOW. They took payment and failed to deliver on their promise. I have endless emails fro them promising me a refund and still nothing. I will be filing a lawsuit against them very soon.

My experience with Design Vocals was… My experience with Design Vocals was very positive. They were able to bring our vision for our sites MyALC.org and Edmontgomery.net to life very quickly. Design Vocals knowledge of website designing and the ease of understanding what we truly needed and was trying to convey was very refreshing. They where able to capture the very heart of our ministry and Dr. Ed Montgomery who is a Global Speaker and make the site reflect that, so people can truly understand who we are. I also had the pleasure to work with Mark Hunt who was very knowledgeable, understanding and had great patiences with us as we worked together which made the experience fun. We will be working with them some more in the future.

Logo Needed a logo done for a website and couldn’t be happier with the end result. I requested a few details and let Design Vocals do the rest. They delivered a logo that exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend their services. Turnaround was insanely fast. Will use them again for any future projects.

keep this company away first of all, their listed address: 1340 Reynolds Ave, Suite 116 Num 1018, CA 1018 has many business names but no Design Vocals there. 2nd: Design Vocals is lately created and they used deltadesigndoc before and used the sams address mentioned above 3rd: they also use the following address listed in their contract: 2800 Eisenhower Ave Suite 220 Alexandria, VA22314, I checked and there is no such company 4th: they used other names showing in your credit card like Exploride Group Inc 5th: their actural location showing on the credit card is in Dover DE. I signed the contract with them in Jan to design my website, but no work done by July. I found they are not reliable, not honest, poor quality work, cheating. if you want to use their service be careful and ask them to show you their business license.

STOP AND READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING… STOP AND READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY! I didn't do my due diligence and got totally burned by this "company". After reading some recent reviews I share the same experiences. They lie. They tell you you'll have everything you need and when they are finished building your website they tell you oh... you need to pay more for this, that or the other thing JUST to make the website even work. They are full of excuses, have fluff answers for everything and make the promises of "don't worry about a thing you'll be very happy". No, no you won't. Save your money and spend it with a more legitimate company.
