GBMy rep was very polite and easy to work… My rep was very polite and easy to work with. But I do not like the way this company operates. I paid money for a service. I was not offered these "additional" services like website design when I originally signed up. It was only after I was locked in with design services that I was essentially spammed for other services and to spend way more money. Just as much time was spent being sold another product or option as what was actually spent on my logo design. Be upfront before money is spent. I hate getting salesmanned.

GBDisappointed ***Update: The BBB contacted me to advise that Design Vocals never answered their inquiry regarding my concerns. I'm just looking for a resolution. This is not how you treat a customer or the BBB. **** I am disappointed with this company. I hired them since May 2020 and I have not received my logo trademark yet. They don't tell you all of the up front costs for the logo process. I paid my fees Spring/Summer 2020 and to date no trademark. I should of had it in November 2020 and here it is early 2021 and still nothing. I have left numerous messages and to date, no return communique about the status. Unfortunately, I placed a complaint with the BBB to assist in resolving this issue.

GBHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!...Save your… HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!...Save your money!!!...I literally lost my voice SCREAMING with these people for my refund for a job I never received.. DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU!!!

GBAmazing Experience, Beautiful Design I had an amazing experience with Design Vocals and received a beautiful logo. James Anderson acted as my Project Manager and was extremely pleasant and helpful. James made the process seamless and gave me updates throughout. When I come back for more design help, I will definitely be requesting to work with James again.

GBThis company deserves a ZERO star… This company deserves a ZERO star review. They take your money and do not complete the work. I have been WAITING FOR A REFUND FOR MONTHS NOW. They took payment and failed to deliver on their promise. I have endless emails fro them promising me a refund and still nothing. I will be filing a lawsuit against them very soon.
