Fast, Helpful and Communicative The whole team was very patient and helpful throughout my entire logo design experience. They offered a great variety of initial logo design options and really listened to the feedback I had narrowing down my final design. They are very good at staying in communication with you on a daily basis and have quick turn around time during the revision process. I am exceptionally pleased with my results and with the service provided by the team at Design Vocals. I definitely recommend giving them a try!

They listened to what I had in mind and brought that out into reality. Even when I asked for revision there was no problem and my vision was always carried out. You have open communication with them the whole time everything is being done, so if there is any issue it will be sorted out sooner rather than later. Scott Cohen and Jasper Gagnon were instrumental in bringing my business to life! They both were very nice and professional at all times. Scott got me started and Jasper carried me through. if you like Time Share Sales Tactics! Bait and switch company! The minute you purchase a website design the up-sell begins. I hired Design Vocals for a simple Wordpress Design I could load to my own server... Supplied all of the content, logo's etc... took weeks to get a home page that was horrible! And still more up-selling. Immediately after purchase they wanted to have a custom php site they could manage... constant calls about SEO for the site... hard pressure sales tactics! Stall after stall when asking for a refund of work never done... Thank goodness I used Paypal! They were able to get my money back after my report was filed based on their own information! Unethical scam artists!

My experience with Design Vocals was… My experience with Design Vocals was very positive. They were able to bring our vision for our sites MyALC.org and Edmontgomery.net to life very quickly. Design Vocals knowledge of website designing and the ease of understanding what we truly needed and was trying to convey was very refreshing. They where able to capture the very heart of our ministry and Dr. Ed Montgomery who is a Global Speaker and make the site reflect that, so people can truly understand who we are. I also had the pleasure to work with Mark Hunt who was very knowledgeable, understanding and had great patiences with us as we worked together which made the experience fun. We will be working with them some more in the future.

My rep was very polite and easy to work… My rep was very polite and easy to work with. But I do not like the way this company operates. I paid money for a service. I was not offered these "additional" services like website design when I originally signed up. It was only after I was locked in with design services that I was essentially spammed for other services and to spend way more money. Just as much time was spent being sold another product or option as what was actually spent on my logo design. Be upfront before money is spent. I hate getting salesmanned.
