They took payment and failed to deliver on their promise. I have endless emails fro them promising me a refund and still nothing. I will be filing a lawsuit against them very soon.

if you like Time Share Sales Tactics! Bait and switch company! The minute you purchase a website design the up-sell begins. I hired Design Vocals for a simple Wordpress Design I could load to my own server... Supplied all of the content, logo's etc... took weeks to get a home page that was horrible! And still more up-selling. Immediately after purchase they wanted to have a custom php site they could manage... constant calls about SEO for the site... hard pressure sales tactics! Stall after stall when asking for a refund of work never done... Thank goodness I used Paypal! They were able to get my money back after my report was filed based on their own information! Unethical scam artists!
