Fast, Helpful and Communicative The whole team was very patient and helpful throughout my entire logo design experience. They offered a great variety of initial logo design options and really listened to the feedback I had narrowing down my final design. They are very good at staying in communication with you on a daily basis and have quick turn around time during the revision process. if you like Time Share Sales Tactics! Bait and switch company! The minute you purchase a website design the up-sell begins. I hired Design Vocals for a simple Wordpress Design I could load to my own server... Supplied all of the content, logo's etc... took weeks to get a home page that was horrible! And still more up-selling. Immediately after purchase they wanted to have a custom php site they could manage... constant calls about SEO for the site... hard pressure sales tactics! Stall after stall when asking for a refund of work never done... Thank goodness I used Paypal! They were able to get my money back after my report was filed based on their own information! Unethical scam artists!

Disappointed ***Update: The BBB contacted me to advise that Design Vocals never answered their inquiry regarding my concerns. I'm just looking for a resolution. This is not how you treat a customer or the BBB. **** I am disappointed with this company. I hired them since May 2020 and I have not received my logo trademark yet. They don't tell you all of the up front costs for the logo process. I paid my fees Spring/Summer 2020 and to date no trademark. I should of had it in November 2020 and here it is early 2021 and still nothing. I have left numerous messages and to date, no return communique about the status. Unfortunately, I placed a complaint with the BBB to assist in resolving this issue.
