This company charged me thousands of… This company charged me thousands of dollars to build and host my website and when it was all done the hacked my website in order to charge me for a maintenance plan. Stay away from them I'm in the process of filing charges and disputing payments too see what I can get back from these crooks.

Amazing Experience, Beautiful Design I had an amazing experience with Design Vocals and received a beautiful logo. James Anderson acted as my Project Manager and was extremely pleasant and helpful. James made the process seamless and gave me updates throughout. When I come back for more design help, I will definitely be requesting to work with James again.

Fast, Helpful and Communicative The whole team was very patient and helpful throughout my entire logo design experience. They offered a great variety of initial logo design options and really listened to the feedback I had narrowing down my final design. They are very good at staying in communication with you on a daily basis and have quick turn around time during the revision process. This company deserves a ZERO star… This company deserves a ZERO star review. They take your money and do not complete the work. I have been WAITING FOR A REFUND FOR MONTHS NOW. They took payment and failed to deliver on their promise. I have endless emails fro them promising me a refund and still nothing. I will be filing a lawsuit against them very soon.

keep this company away first of all, their listed address: 1340 Reynolds Ave, Suite 116 Num 1018, CA 1018 has many business names but no Design Vocals there. 2nd: Design Vocals is lately created and they used deltadesigndoc before and used the sams address mentioned above 3rd: they also use the following address listed in their contract: 2800 Eisenhower Ave Suite 220 Alexandria, VA22314, I checked and there is no such company 4th: they used other names showing in your credit card like Exploride Group Inc 5th: their actural location showing on the credit card is in Dover DE. I signed the contract with them in Jan to design my website, but no work done by July. I found they are not reliable, not honest, poor quality work, cheating. if you want to use their service be careful and ask them to show you their business license.
