You get what you pay for You get what you pay for. These are not professional logos so don't expect to get anything like what they have on their homepage. Luckily the client I had this logo done for is not very picky. Support and communication has been great they do answer your messages promptly and follow up.

STOP AND READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING… STOP AND READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY! I didn't do my due diligence and got totally burned by this "company". After reading some recent reviews I share the same experiences. They lie. They tell you you'll have everything you need and when they are finished building your website they tell you oh... you need to pay more for this, that or the other thing JUST to make the website even work. They are full of excuses, have fluff answers for everything and make the promises of "don't worry about a thing you'll be very happy". No, no you won't. Save your money and spend it with a more legitimate company.

My experience with Design Vocals was… My experience with Design Vocals was very positive. They were able to bring our vision for our sites MyALC.org and Edmontgomery.net to life very quickly. Design Vocals knowledge of website designing and the ease of understanding what we truly needed and was trying to convey was very refreshing. They where able to capture the very heart of our ministry and Dr. Ed Montgomery who is a Global Speaker and make the site reflect that, so people can truly understand who we are. I also had the pleasure to work with Mark Hunt who was very knowledgeable, understanding and had great patiences with us as we worked together which made the experience fun. We will be working with them some more in the future.

Disappointed ***Update: The BBB contacted me to advise that Design Vocals never answered their inquiry regarding my concerns. I'm just looking for a resolution. This is not how you treat a customer or the BBB. **** I am disappointed with this company. I hired them since May 2020 and I have not received my logo trademark yet. They don't tell you all of the up front costs for the logo process. I paid my fees Spring/Summer 2020 and to date no trademark. I should of had it in November 2020 and here it is early 2021 and still nothing. I have left numerous messages and to date, no return communique about the status. Unfortunately, I placed a complaint with the BBB to assist in resolving this issue.

if you like Time Share Sales Tactics! Bait and switch company! The minute you purchase a website design the up-sell begins. I hired Design Vocals for a simple Wordpress Design I could load to my own server... Supplied all of the content, logo's etc... took weeks to get a home page that was horrible! And still more up-selling. Immediately after purchase they wanted to have a custom php site they could manage... constant calls about SEO for the site... hard pressure sales tactics! Stall after stall when asking for a refund of work never done... Thank goodness I used Paypal! They were able to get my money back after my report was filed based on their own information! Unethical scam artists!
