After working with Design Vocals After working with Design Vocals, I am very disappointed with their process, their way of doing business, and their bait and switch tactics. I originally received a cost for a package that seemed to be a good deal. Which included a number of items including: design, logo, domain, hosting for 2 years, and copyrights for all. I have received 2 cost increases after initial payment, and now after 10 months of requesting copyrights, I am being held hostage by the company no providing full permissions to the website they created and a lot of promises which they will do once they received addition funds. I am done with this company and I do not recommend it for anyone at all.

if you like Time Share Sales Tactics! Bait and switch company! The minute you purchase a website design the up-sell begins. I hired Design Vocals for a simple Wordpress Design I could load to my own server... Supplied all of the content, logo's etc... took weeks to get a home page that was horrible! And still more up-selling. Immediately after purchase they wanted to have a custom php site they could manage... constant calls about SEO for the site... hard pressure sales tactics! Stall after stall when asking for a refund of work never done... Thank goodness I used Paypal! They were able to get my money back after my report was filed based on their own information! Unethical scam artists!

Disappointed ***Update: The BBB contacted me to advise that Design Vocals never answered their inquiry regarding my concerns. I'm just looking for a resolution. This is not how you treat a customer or the BBB. **** I am disappointed with this company. I hired them since May 2020 and I have not received my logo trademark yet. They don't tell you all of the up front costs for the logo process. I paid my fees Spring/Summer 2020 and to date no trademark. I should of had it in November 2020 and here it is early 2021 and still nothing. I have left numerous messages and to date, no return communique about the status. Unfortunately, I placed a complaint with the BBB to assist in resolving this issue.

They were prompt with the delivery of designs for review, open and quick with responses to changes and always (Jane) courteous and professional. They made efforts to not only meet my needs but to provide additional services without pressure but truly with and understanding of my business needs.

Design vocals did an amazing job! Design vocals did an amazing job of not only creating my logo, but also designs for stationary. They listened to what I had in mind and brought that out into reality. Even when I asked for revision there was no problem and my vision was always carried out. You have open communication with them the whole time everything is being done, so if there is any issue it will be sorted out sooner rather than later. Scott Cohen and Jasper Gagnon were instrumental in bringing my business to life! They both were very nice and professional at all times. Scott got me started and Jasper carried me through. Beyond satisfied with my finished products!! Definitely recommend Design Vocals!!!
