GBThis company charged me thousands of… This company charged me thousands of dollars to build and host my website and when it was all done the hacked my website in order to charge me for a maintenance plan. Stay away from them I'm in the process of filing charges and disputing payments too see what I can get back from these crooks.

GBThose 5 star reviews are fake. This is a absolutely terrible company. They actually try to scam you. Make you a copied website claiming that it’s completely original and charges you $3k for it. Please save yourself the time money and headache. Plus all of their 5 star reviews are fake

GBDesign vocals did an amazing job! Design vocals did an amazing job of not only creating my logo, but also designs for stationary. They listened to what I had in mind and brought that out into reality. Even when I asked for revision there was no problem and my vision was always carried out. You have open communication with them the whole time everything is being done, so if there is any issue it will be sorted out sooner rather than later. Scott Cohen and Jasper Gagnon were instrumental in bringing my business to life! They both were very nice and professional at all times. Scott got me started and Jasper carried me through. Beyond satisfied with my finished products!! Definitely recommend Design Vocals!!!

GBDisappointed ***Update: The BBB contacted me to advise that Design Vocals never answered their inquiry regarding my concerns. I'm just looking for a resolution. This is not how you treat a customer or the BBB. **** I am disappointed with this company. I hired them since May 2020 and I have not received my logo trademark yet. They don't tell you all of the up front costs for the logo process. I paid my fees Spring/Summer 2020 and to date no trademark. I should of had it in November 2020 and here it is early 2021 and still nothing. I have left numerous messages and to date, no return communique about the status. Unfortunately, I placed a complaint with the BBB to assist in resolving this issue.
