This company deserves a ZERO star… This company deserves a ZERO star review. They take your money and do not complete the work. I have been WAITING FOR A REFUND FOR MONTHS NOW. They took payment and failed to deliver on their promise. I have endless emails fro them promising me a refund and still nothing. I will be filing a lawsuit against them very soon.

After reading some recent reviews I share the same experiences. They lie. They tell you you'll have everything you need and when they are finished building your website they tell you oh... you need to pay more for this, that or the other thing JUST to make the website even work. They are full of excuses, have fluff answers for everything and make the promises of "don't worry about a thing you'll be very happy". No, no you won't. Save your money and spend it with a more legitimate company.

Amazing Experience, Beautiful Design I had an amazing experience with Design Vocals and received a beautiful logo. James Anderson acted as my Project Manager and was extremely pleasant and helpful. James made the process seamless and gave me updates throughout. When I come back for more design help, I will definitely be requesting to work with James again.

After working with Design Vocals After working with Design Vocals, I am very disappointed with their process, their way of doing business, and their bait and switch tactics. I originally received a cost for a package that seemed to be a good deal. Which included a number of items including: design, logo, domain, hosting for 2 years, and copyrights for all. I have received 2 cost increases after initial payment, and now after 10 months of requesting copyrights, I am being held hostage by the company no providing full permissions to the website they created and a lot of promises which they will do once they received addition funds. I am done with this company and I do not recommend it for anyone at all.
