Still charged the same amount for the team plan! 330 a year plus website costs at the time I had 10 websites on there so another 150 pm and tried to cancel ... To downgrade to a monthly package per site 1 - they don't update their DNS records automatically, my site is down for the whole weekend no support for new customers over the weekend, at all then when id had enough, they only allowed you to export your site if you had the agency package Good Luck Duda absolute scam I now have to carry on paying for a monthly subscription, the site is not live and i will be have to rebuild the site page for page on WordPress Marvellous Duda, great job of backing me into a corner and then not allowing you to leave, It's my site why can I not export it on any package Sold a team plan, changed to a not team plan without notice and your site is not your site

Waste money and time We bought 2 sites with an annual plan but only used for 3 months and wanted to cancel. First, it's so hard to cancel it. You need to email back and forth to cancel it. Second, no refund at all! SEO feature is so much worse than Wordpress. The design template is average and limited. We should use that money to buy the hosting and use Wordpress at the beginning. Total waste of time and money. Not recommended!

Great option for more than half of our clients Great option for our clients that don't need all the features of Wordpress or Drupal. We don't have to worry about security issues, plugin/module updates, server upgrades and performance. It doesn't support the needs of clients that need more sophistated solutions such as directories, calendars, etc. However, it allows us to develop basic websites much faster. Maybe someday in the future Duda will have apps that support some of these needs. For now, it's a great solution for basic websites with social media, blogs, photo galleries and embedded videos.

Good only for simple websites. Good only for simple websites. You need a simple website? Its a really good tool, But if you need a little bit more complex website, it doesnt work. They dont have simple tools, and essencials, like a search tool. You can only have access to it if you pay a 3 part tool. Also, the blog function have a lot to get better. They dont have things like "categories".
