Mark was extremely personable and excellent at explaining everything when I spoke with him personally. It was a little scary to be new to this experience, but he made it great and easy.I even made the decision to continue and have him created our company-specific product video.I have seen his work and am excited to see what he can do for my product. Watch Out!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Always asked for more and more money. 9 months went by and my website was still not functional. I'm trying to get back thousands of dollars but the address on the website is bogus so I'm having a hard time serving papers. Watch out!!!!!!!!!
