My name is Josh Cariela My name is Josh Cariela. I reached out to this company to build me a website and to pay for a server. My first experience was with a lady named Tasha who told me the computer was hacked after I paid and that I need to ask my bank to refund my money. She was trying to steal my money so I had to call the bank to try and reverse which I did not get. I then got in contact with Duane and Mark (Senior at the company). Duane was excellent and did everything to make me feel comfortable again. He even made me a great design for “free”. They continued to pitch me on a website and server for $1200 dollars. And they said the extra $600 was refundable for the server if I was not satisfied with the service. The day after I paid the final $600, I was no longer the priority. They did not make any of the changes to the website that I asked for and did not follow any of the examples. I then requested my $600 back which Duane certified. This is when Mark started to reach out and save my business. I told him I did not have trust in this company for multiples reasons (a few explained here) which he understood. He assured me that my refund would happen no problem so we could build trust. This was over 2 weeks ago. It was suppose to be in my account in 48 hours. Mark has lied to me directly to avoid a refund. I do not trust him or this company. Duane assured me my refund would be in my account by March 3rd so I am writing this today to let them and everyone know that I still don’t have my refund and now Mark is avoiding me. Great Senior management skills. Duane is amazing but this company is sloppy. I have spent $1200 and have received nothing I was promised. However since I like Duane, I said they can keep the $600 I paid for the website that I don’t have. But I did request a refund for the $600 towards the server and I still do not have that.
