USModalyst had its pros and cons Modalyst had its pros and cons. It had a very easy interface. It only took me minutes to figure out how to use it. Super easy to add products. Downside is there isn't a lot of products from the US and the ones that they do have are low quality. That means you're ultimately stuck with alibaba and aliexpress which takes literally 2-8 weeks just to ship your products. Customer service was spotty. I had great experiences but also got a very rude rep who pretty told me to go elsewhere and wouldn't answer my question. I would have stayed but I got modalyst because I was on wix and wix was so horrible that I cancelled my wix sub. I asked modalyst if they would transfer my plan to my new shopify website and they said no. Note that I did not have a free modalyst plan that came with my wix. I ordered modalyst separately by an app upgrade through my wix dashboard. They wouldn't even consider or talk to me about the situation and I had only used two weeks of my monthly sub. That made me angry how they immediately shut me down and wouldn't even talk to me. They told me to go to wix so I did. Wix told me they already paid modalyst in full what I paid for my sub so I took it as Modalyst was just looking for my cash and wasn't willing to help me out. Take my money and turn their backs. All of that combined with a less than desirable inventory, I wouldn't recommend it.

USGreat app Great app. I like their selection of products. Lately, I run into a serious problem where inventory didn't update and out of stock products were showing available for sale! had to cancel one order because of it. I was both pissed and worried. I didn't want it to happen again and have that reputation. I contacted their tech team, they quickly identified and solved the problem. that was a huge relief.

LTGreat app Great app, I had to test the products first, until I found great killer product (fast delivery, good price). I'm making now 1-2k per month while sitting on my coach. Thank you!

MKTerrible experience Terrible experience We've been on this platform from the very beginning when they launched. At first their customer service was fine, but last month they tricked us into believing that they will refund a commission fee for a canceled order, but they never did. After we returned the entire sum to the retailer, Jose who was up until that moment very responsive disappeared and stopped responding to our messages. We still haven't received back the commission they took for the canceled order and we probably never will. So I would suggest to any brand that is looking to join this platform to steer clear of them. We've had some very bad experiences with them, and this was the tipping point.
